STOVETOP COOKING INSTRUCTIONS
- Boil 2 cups of rice in 5 cups of water (or stock).
- Stir, cover, reduce heat to LOW and SIMMER for 50 minutes.
STEAM PAN RECIPE
- Preheat oven to 350°.
- Pour 5lb bag raw Wild Rice into a 4” steam pan.
- Add 5½ quarts water (or stock). Cover tightly with foil.
- Bake for 1 hour and 20 minutes.
- Spoon rice onto two large sheet pans to rest.
- Season generously with salt. Drizzle with olive oil.
- Once cool, store in a container and refrigerate until ready to use.
